I want to make a chicken lasagna and i need to now - What is the best way to grind the chicken? Cold or after boiled with water? Or Its the same?

>put chicken breast in
>nice, everything looks good
>let maillard effect do it's job on one side
>flip the meat, repeat on other side

Ended up with nice colored meat on both sides... and absolutely undercooked inside (60 degrees at very best, which isn't acceptable for consumption, in my book, for "commercial" white meat).

What's the culprit here ? If i waited a bit more for the meat to cook on one side (or both) the meat would've been most certainly overcooked, or at least start turning blackish. I can't seems to grasp the sear concept, is this because i'm running electric and not gaz ? I'm sick of having good looking meat in appearance that turns out being undercooked inside.

So I've been making Curry for awhile now, and although the sauce is pretty good. The chicken always comes out really bland. I've tried marinating it in plain yogurt overnight. Chicken breast is still bland, and tried thighs also but still bland. I just don't know what to do. Been doing the curry on a slow cooker.

Any tips on making chicken taste better?

The healthiest way or cooking chicken besides boiling?

I'm keeping a pretty strict diet and getting /fit/ at the same time, and as you know, chicken breast are a great source of lean protein and calories.
Due to health complications, I can't eat fried foods very often and I'm pretty bored of eating it boiled every day.

How do I cook chicken breast for wraps, /ck/?

I've never cooked them before, and I don't want to fuck it up. I looked up some recipes and such, but I thought I'd come ask you guys.

I could either grill them, or I cook them in a pan, but I really don't know the proper way to do either.
