Biltong is okay I guess, but I'm trying to make Jerky because I prefer it overall. Seems to be a bit softer to chew than bills tongs.

>crush them flat, whilst trying to preserve the crisped outside in a single flat shell.
>pour gravy over, lift up the flattened shells so gravy can get underneath and give a little moisture.
>consume mash potato, then followed by eating a roasted outer-parts whole.
I am extremely doubtful that anybody else does this and I'm not sure where the initial behaviour developed form.
