on monday I clean the kitchen floor and counters, tuesday I do laundry, wednesday clean the bathroom floor, thursday vacuum, etc

repeat for a few weeks and your general living conditions should normalize. you don't have to do everything at once, but you do need to maintain your space and stick with it.

either that or hire a fucking mexican to do it. good option if you're actually busy with work or whatever.
