I'm tired of idiots constantly shitting all over american cheese. In order for something to be called cheese in the US it has to meet the actual definition of cheese by the FDA. Singles are by definition, NOT CHEESE. They're cheese food product (which is honestly still borderline mislabeling)

Kraft Deli deluxe, land o lakes american, boars head or any other actual deli american cheese are all just blends of colby and cheddar with sodium citrate as an emulsifier. They're not the weird whey byproducts that singles are.

I got fucked up by a chipotle burrito back in 2015 when they were having all those lawsuits. I should've gotten in on that action. I had weird IBS for like 2 years after that.

there is essentially no real way to make sure you're getting "san marzano tomatoes" since DOP is being counterfeited so easily these days. Just try out different brands and use the one you like.
