I understand why they need to prep the fugu as fresh as possible but slaughtering the frog while its still alive and then placing it on the plate facing you blinking while you eat it is abit much, That sounds like something a wild animal would do. If you're gunna eat it the least you can do as the smartest predator on the planet is kill it quickly and painlessly first. Asians are missing something.
