Pizza is getting thinner. Go order from a chain and check the crust, even my local companies are getting thinner.

I'd recommend working from home with your expectations but if that is not an option you would be better off doing factory work. But if you want some advice, get a job where the people you work with actually care if you are there or not. Makes a huge difference.

I made pizza today using this anons recipe

Now the top of the pizza crust I have is not browning or rising in the oven.
Also its very hard to cut the bottom of my pizza. Used cast iron pan.


I split the pizza dough balls into 2 because my cast iron is big. First pizza was cooked 3 days after being in the fridge, 2nd one was cooked 5 days after being in the fridge.

Both never browned on top, but bottom was fine. Also the crust tastes better than AP flour.
