I'm not a catholicuck but I'm still abstaining from meat for lent so I made french onion soup for dinner tonight and it was super yummy. My local grocery store had yellow onions for 28¢/lb so I got ten pounds of them, sliced them, cooked them down, added some red wine, beef broth, and herbs, simmered for a bit more and wahlah
