>This is a guide on how to eat off of 50€ or less per month!

>I follow this guide since Jan. 1st and continuing until end of April.
Why? I am in a financial crysis atm + i want to loose some weight.

So, what do i usually buy? ( i live in europe and shop at Aldi)

1kg carrots 1€
1kg onions 1,69€
1kg oranges 1.79€
1 cucumber ,79€
1 can of lentils 500g ,75€
1 can of read beans 400g ,55€
1 can tomatoes diced ,45€
15 eggs 2,39€
1 jar of pickles 500g 1,49€
1kg of rice ,99€

My meals:

Late breakfast at work( 10am)
1 boiled egg
2 carrots
1 pickle
Slices of cucumber

I have this everytime for breakfast

Snack at around 2-3pm

1 orange
Some walenuts (i Get those in bulk from nuttree at parents house)

Dinner

Onions, lentils, egg stirfry
With rice

Beans in tomatoesauce
With rice

I may add that once a week i will meet my dad for lunch(he pays most of the time)

I also visit my parents place saturday for a nice brunch or sunday for nice comfy lunch depending on whats my plan for the weekend.

All in all i am 10 days in now and i feel great!
The food is very light.
A little monotone but thats just what you Get.
At least i am never hungry.

I only drink tabwater and Tee in this time.

I hope this guide will help some of you guyse safe some bucks or just loose a couple of pounds for summer.

How come some coffee is around $30 per kilo while other coffee is up around $60 per kilo?

How can they justify charging twice as much for what is essentially the same thing?
