So I'm a retard and got some boneless chicken strips from pic related to try out. They fucking suck and are dryer than your mom's pussy. Any ideas for re-purposing them in other dishes? I'm thinking cutting up and doing something Chinese-American like. Having them soaked in sauce should help rehydrate them a bit.

I like flats better, especially if they still have the wingtip attached, but I'd never order just flats. I like the variety of getting multiple different types of pieces.
