I use Webm for Retards and sometimes Swiff Army Knife.

They're both pretty easy to use.

Swiff is easier to use; you pretty much just set it to convert to webm and let it run. However, it's not as handy at editing. I only keep it around for a few features that Webm for Retards can't do.

Webm for Retards is more intuitive for editing and gives you more direct control for making the webm look good. The advanced features may look intimidating, but it's not that hard to learn and they're optional.

webm related, I made with both Swiff Army Knife and Webm for Retards.

I used Swiff to cut out a few segments out of the clip (which Webm for Retards can't do). I could have done it with a video editor, but it would've have been more of a hassle. I then used Webm for Retards for the final encoding.
