I had to take a journalism elective for my public relations degree and it was about food journalism history/current events/etc... Pretty cool class, actually. Teacher's experienced and chill as fuck. But. When we write mock blog posts regarding food, we are encouraged to use filler and fluff (for lack of a better term) to draw people into our reading. Which pisses me off, because my recipe shouldn't need the crutch of writing metaphors and similes, I make damn good food as it is.

So not only do soccer moms revel talking about their experiences with food, but they're teaching journalism students in college to do this. This is now the new norm, waffledog, might as well accept it.

ITT Foods that should never be on restaurant menus or horror stories of shit food you got served. Because holy shit, you expect me to pay money for this crap? Pictures preferred.

Pic related, I wanna know the point in someone's career where they just say 'fuck it' and toss two hunks of garlic on a piece of meat. I wanna meet the chef that thinks this is acceptable.

This is my favorite so far, it's apparently called the Garlic Burger.
