I love corned beef hash, bros. I don't give a fuck if it's loaded with a shitton of fat and calories, I just love it so much.
>>17205462 is my preferred method of making it, but simply pouring it into a bowl and microwaving it works in a pinch, too.

>Go to local diner two years ago
>Special of the day is deep fried calf liver with bacon and onions
>Really departs from their normal soup/sandwich stuff
>Has a "trust us it's fukken good" disclaimer
>Decide to try it
>That rich iron-y flavour and unique texture

I eat more organs than flesh cuts now. I really enjoy foie gras pâté and braunschweiger.

Beginner cook here. I've decided to finally get off my fat ass and cook for myself. I need some simple things to cook using basic ingredients like ground beef, chicken breast, veggies every supermarket has and things like that. Also I'd like the portion to be for two (one for that night and another for lunch the next day) and fairly quick. I do have to share a kitchen with housemates, so I can't spend 3 hours every night cooking. Thank you in advance for any ideas.

Also feel free to share any tips or hints any good cook should know.

I got some cheddar cheese crackers that expired exactly 1 month ago... safe to eat?
