I never see this one posted but it's great and easy. I like to bread and fry up some chicken to throw in it as well, it's pretty versatile.

My two go-to sauces if I'm just serving with noodles and keeping it simple:

Red Sauce:
~1lb ground beef
half an onion (green/red peppers can be added as well if you like, I usually leave them out)
Minced garlic
Salt/pepper
Italian seasonings (no msg or added bs)
Red pepper flakes (if you want a kick)
1 can kirkland organic tomato sauce (it is a very unseasoned, sweet sauce, so the seasoning on your end is key)

1. Pan fry the beef, garlic and onions until ~90% done and all the fat has rendered
2. Drain the fat from the beef/onion, place back in pan and season with salt/pepper
3. Add tomato sauce and season according to tastes
4. Heat sauce up until hot and let simmer while noodles finish cooking.
Serve
