I started making my own hooch and it's been going for two days. Two batches of white grape, and white grape+ peach. I tried some and it tastes way more alcoholic than the 3-8% most people claim to get.
I added close to a cup of sugar in both batches, and it continues to ferment.
Anyone else have experience brewing prison wine/hooch?
