Hello /ck/ I'm meeting my girlfriend for the first time, on Saturday (LDR). She's from a small town in middle America and has never had really good food, I'm a competent home cook, but I am having trouble coming up with some recipes to blow her dick off when we're actually together.

As for recipes I wanna make during this trip I have:

Blueberry Dumplings,
Steak Dinner with Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes,
Turkey Burgers with Feta, Hummus, Dijon, on Potato Buns.


I want things that'll be awesome but approachable, I was thinking a good italian bolonese or maybe a roast chicken dinner too, however I'm unsure what could be best.
