Local strawberries and rhubarb, cornstarch, lemon juice, blueberry blossom honey, salt, msg, cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, and an all butter buttermilk duck egg crust.

I wanted to use ginger but its for my grandpa who fought in world war 2 in the pacific theatre and he has unpleasant associations with some Asian ingredients from the war, sadly.

Also for my aunt. My parents are going to visit relatives (my moms sister and dad) so I made them pies to take with them.

I baked them slow @ 300F so the crust wouldn't finish browning before the filling was done. I admittedly overfilled them a bit but they will taste much the same I think.

Do you make pies? These are 5 inch diameter nonstick metal pie pans I like.
