The simplest way would be to let it reach room temps, then sear off, then finish in the oven, and rest before serving

Is there a really good recipe for chicken and rice? I just put garlic, onions, rice, and chicken to make it but I was wondering if there was a better recipe of some sort to make it taste way better.

I want to put a lemon flavor in my fried rice. I'm thinking of putting in lemon zest but I have no idea how much I should put in. Is the flavor very strong where I only need to put in a little or do I need like a whole skin of a lemon?

If you use a drip coffee maker and want to add a little extra flavor to your coffee, just throw some cinnamon sticks on top of the coffee grounds. This is perfect for winter.
You can also get tea baggies and open them up to use them just like you would coffee grounds. Your coffee machine is now a tea machine.
