Literally anything, I would suggest things that come in semi large batches keep for a while so that you don't have to cook everyday, roast, pastas, etc.

The real advice you should be asking is for "how do I hide food from my dirtbag roommates that have no cooking knowledge, money or even understanding of the value of a dollar?"
Be sure to get a mini-fridge, for the amount of food that you'll avoid getting stolen, it'll pay for itself. Keep anything that takes less steps than boiling water to cook in your room or hide it, this includes bread, butter, eggs, cereal, sandwich meat, chips, ramen, etc. Make sure you store your spices and cooking ware somewhere in your room or hide it. I made the mistake of putting my cooking ware in the kitchen and the same day my roommate was scraping the bottom of the nonstick pot that magically appeared the same day I arrived while stirring spaghetti with a metal fork.
In general be aware that some people don't have boundaries and will take anything that's in front of them if they think they can get away with it. Of course don't forget the door swings both ways and breaking bread turns friends into brothers, if you share food with someone that isn't a piece of shit they'll remember it and it'll go a long way towards earning you favors.
