but I've been cooking with it because for years it's been put out their as a "healthy" oil; a fuckin doctor told me i could eat as much as I want and there were no risks. Fuck I put it in tea, steamed rice, smoothies, I eat tablespoons of it plain sometimes because I'm underweight.
