hey lads, i travel quite frequently and obviously therefore eat a lot of different food around the world. Recently it's come to my attention however that whenever I eat the fast food in the further reaches of the western hemisphere specifically north america, or even in certain places in latin america and the carribean where everything's shipped out or they use the exact same ingredients that they do in the u.s, i get a sort of strange "high" feeling. I don't particularly enjoy the food that much or even get an insulin rush like i'd do if i ate fast food in the east and so on, here it's a little different; it's almost like i feel like i've been literally drugged but like with a very very very small amount of opium. I get really woozy and get a lot of brainfog and it gives me a very unnatural uncomfortable "calming" effect i don't get anywhere else. Sort of like i've just popped a xanax actually to be honest. And as far as i'm concerned the carb sugar etc ratios are relatively the same

anyone else feel the same way? is there any sort of explanation for this? am I just retarded and autistic?
