Saag chicken curry from my favorite Indocurry shop Dahami. They knew I liked my curry hot and kept daring me to try the hottest, so this was the day I did.

I was a regular at a little Indian place in my old city. I didn't have to place an order after a few weeks, they knew I always got the lunch special (curry of the day). Whenever I walked in I could hear them fill up a pitcher for me. They didn't normally serve pitchers, but I drank so much water it was easier this way.
I miss that little place.
When I ordered their hottest level curry the chef was so excited.

I eat my curry hotter than the Sri Lankans who make it.
