i cook eggs in a stainless steel and they never stick, maybe you retards should learn how to cook and not burn things by turning down the heat to an appropriate temp. if you're cooking meat cast iron is the way to go. I don't season mine at all, just wast it and treat like a normal pan and never once was there any rush because real cast iron doesn't rust. Because when you fry at high temperatures, a few interesting reactions take place: Starch decomposes to acrylamide and proteins decompose to nitrosamines, both products are suspected carcinogens in humans. However, if you don't literally stuff your face with fried food everyday, your body should be able to handle this fairly well.

Another thing to consider is that you're using saturated fats for frying. On a molecular level, they cannot be "stacked" that well (I know this sounds weird, but that's to spare you the exact chemistry behind it) which means they accumulate faster in your blood vessels, leading to clogged arteries and all the fun stuff that comes with it. Then again, eating fats in moderation will not have that effect. Just don't be a retard.
