i've always wondered what it's like to have a job like this. the only food related job i've had is when i was a glazer at honey baked ham for a couple of months during the holidays. it was neat, it makes me want to do something else cooking related but all of my job experience is industrial and i'll probably be forever relegated to being a welder because nobody wants to hire you for a job unless you have experience in that job.
