Wild Rice Risotto is my standard issue calorie-filler bulking food.
Tuna-patties optionally made with oat-flour binding (my preference) are good too, depending on how much oil you like.
If you have trouble eating enough solid food, high-calorie soupy meals like box-gumbo are easy enough to shove down, you'll just get more sodium than you could possibly enjoy.

Honestly, I never had any truck with smoothies and shit (specifically for the purpose of getting calories). It's harder to shove down a blender full of sludge than to just eat some food IMO.
I guess you could use an entire pint of ice cream to make a milkshake for an easy 1200 calories (and also give yourself diabetes)

No breakfast. Had a salami and cheese sandwich for lunch and tried out those /fit/ tuna patties for dinner that are always posted here. They tasted pretty good but the recipe is way off; 1 can of tuna only made 3 patties, I didn't need more than 1/4 onion, and they didn't stick together in patties before cooking. Would make again, though.
