i don't like it.

i'd miss the traditional burger fare: lettuce, onions, pickles, mustard, mayo.

if those things are missing, the burger will just seem bland and incomplete.

God damn I miss east Texas. Of course, it's nothing compared to actual Louisiana cajun cooking, but still very good.

Well, you're either getting suckered on purpose or then advised by a genuine idiot. If you observe time limits, a 1 or 2 minute sear on high heat will never, never char your steak. On the other hand, medium heat will just dehydrate it and leave a soft, soggy, gray surface.

Prison culture is just something I don't understand. How can a civilized nation produce so many inmates and manage them so poorly that actual subcultures start forming in them? I hear prisons in the 'states are practically criminal colleges these days.
