It will, but that is not really its intended use. Most food mills just grind that stuff through. I've owned several. If you get one, I suggest one that has changeable hole sizes.

Yes, Squeezo is the brand name. "Squeezo Strainer". There's a cheaper knock off called "Victorio Food Strainer" that is mostly plastic including the auger. The Squeezo only has two gaskets that need replacing once ever.....30 years or so; the rest of it is metal. My aunt is on her 3rd Victoria Food Strainer after the other two have consistently broken.

If you get a Squeezo, get all screen sizes, though they are expensive. You'll be able to make anything then from juices to applesauce and pumpkin puree.
