I don't normally post on here so forgive me if this is retarded - I know nothing about cooking and baking.

I was trying to make some kind of cereal bar-esque thing using honey, finely chopped almonds (almost like flour), and raisins, the problem is I can't get it to turn hard. Applying heat just makes the honey more liquid. The raw mixture is delicious anyway but I'd like to make into something more transportable and less externally sticky. Any tips?

Oh shit senpai I just realized that it's called Arbys like RB like roast beef.

Im making a low carb/keto cheesecake, I have the base of the cheesecake down but I cant think of any toppings/other mixtures to use besides 100% cocoa powder and nuts for a topping. And if so how would I mix in the cocoa powder so it doesent taste like shit and ruin the cheesecake. Maybe melt some unsweetened dark chocolate and drizzle some as a topping with pecans?
