Has anyone of you friends had succes with the following:
-pickling eggs in brine. I'm thinking about doing it with soft-boiled eggs since they're more delicious for me. What are your experiences when it comes to pickling eggs?
-Also, I'm considering pickling herring in an acidic salt solution. What sort of shelf life can I expect?

Have to make dinner and I am going to make pasta with a side of mussels on tomato sauce, but I have some local canned shrooms sitting in the fridge. Can they go good in the sauce with mussels?
I don't know why I always felt like seafood and shrooms was an odd combination.

I happen to have some crescent roll dough. This sounds good with a little cheese and sauce in the middle. I've also just invented pizzakebabs made with pepperoni, mushrooms, pineapple, and green pepper. I forgot to take a pic before I ate it though
