-pickling eggs in brine. I'm thinking about doing it with soft-boiled eggs since they're more delicious for me. What are your experiences when it comes to pickling eggs?

Have to make dinner and I am going to make pasta with a side of mussels on tomato sauce, but I have some local canned shrooms sitting in the fridge. Can they go good in the sauce with mussels?
