my work was being cheap this year and got thanksgiving catered by boston market. total trash, all meat was dry, gravy and potatoes probably instant. they didn't get mac n cheese which is apparently the only thing worth eating there according to the people I work with.

Just add stuff to it. I saute broccoli and get a little char on it. Make either boiled marinated eggs or fry an egg in really hot oil for a crisp bottom but runny yolk. add left over steak or grilled chicken thigh skewers. put chopped green onion on top. It's basically a medium for me to use leftovers with. Works well with Costco rotisserie chicken as well.

I tried to use one of these on my mom's mixer and the motor got hot and it took forever to grind meat. I'd rather buy a real grinder or use a food processor. the texture is not quite the same with a food processor but it's very fast easy.
