Make a few deep slashes and marinate them in yoghurt for a couple hours or overnight before grilling or baking. See picrel for optional spices to add to the marinade, along with salt (like 1tsp per pound of chicken).

I'm guessing you have some refrigeration? Most rice cooker recipes are going to be variations on
>meat that can cook in ten minutes
>vegetables that can cook in ten minutes
>spices
All dumped in with the rice and water or stock. Example meats would be chicken breast or thigh, sliced into chunks the size of a AA battery, shrimp (small frozen shrimp works too), chunks of cured sausage, browned ground beef. Most vegetables apart from root vegetables will work, diced into half inch pieces. Pic rel are some example spice mixes. You could prep bags of a few of those along with a portion of dry rice, eg. beef, pepper, onion, taco mix.

Here. Also you can think of a dish you like that has spices in, go look up a recipe, then note the blend of spices used.

Well, good luck with your week in meatball and rice hell anon. Here are some spice mixes, I'd suggest crumbling some meatballs and making a "chilli" or a curry with spinach, egg fried rice to get a break from the meatballs, grilling some vegetable skewers with the meatballs to get a break from the rice, a breakfast burrito maybe.

These would all work well. I'm assuming you don't want to add any significant other calories.

Cooking with different oils is pretty fuckin' fun to me
And onions, peppers, and mushrooms can go in just about anything
But, garlic powder is the thing I couldn't cook without
Breakfast is my favorite thing to cook however, and isn't always complimented by either onions, peppers, mushrooms, garlic powder, or oil. It's butter, pork, beef, pancakes, waffles, eggs, cheese, toast, simple and traditional tasty stuff. Fruit is always complimentary of any breakfast, for me, being bananas and blueberries.

Lard is a very fun thing to cook with though. Being able to save it up and to it with just about any meat and use it in lieu of oil, butter, and margarine is pretty fucking dope. And it gets the smell of breakfast going before you even through the food on the heat. I cook for me. I'd love to cook for others though.
