No the most nutritious food is liver and other organ meats. Leafy vegetables are good too though.

"Adolescent girls aren’t getting enough of a host of important vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, calcium, folate and iron."

These are all nutrients found in highest concentration in animal foods and particularly organ meats which are seldom eaten. Vegetables can be a decent source of some of these but I completely agree the real problems start when you consume refined grains and crap like soda and candy.
>Keto is insanity.
The diabetes and obesity epidemics continue to worsen for which ketogenic diets are one of if not the best dietary intervention for. And ketogenic diets are not necessarily high meat diets they can vegetarian or even vegan. It should ideally be mostly whole foods but it is just high fat low refined carb low sugar diet that happens to be great at treating diabetes and obesity.

"During the pandemic, the number of cases of type 2 diabetes increased by 182%, from 50 in 2019 to 141 in 2020. The average age at diagnosis was about 14 years in both time periods."

Ketogenic diets are one of if not, the most studied diets in the world. Just go to clinicaltrials.gov and type in keto or low carb and you will see hundreds more clinical trials in the works for a variety of conditions, everything from Alzheimers, epilepsy, gout and more. And while you can live off a diet high in grains and even live quite healthily doing so provided its not copious amounts of refined grains and sugars, it is easier to reach nutritional requirements from fatty animal products and fish.

Canada's anemia diet very cool. The persistent hysteria surrounding red meats is mystifying.
