How much do you tip your pizza guy?
I just ordered a pizza and didn't tip.

I usually tip the pizza driver 15-20% of the order price, depending on how fast they get there, if they mess up my order, if they are cool, etc.

With the cost of gas going down I started tipping only 10%, because the main reason I tipped was to offset their fuel costs (which I was told comes out of their pocket).

I had some delivery today and the delivery guy gave me a bad look and left without saying anything after I tipped him 8% (he was 6 min late). I was pretty pissed off and talked to the manager about it right after he left and he said he is going to reprimand the driver, whatever that means.
