A Jet's Boat is just a medium pizza folded over

Though these days, they don't sauce them and instead serve with a cup of sauce on the side, I presume to be more "authentico"

I've never eaten calzone, but I've eaten many Boats.

Allow me to explain, a Boat is a "Jet's Boat", it's essentially a round pizza folded in half, baked, and cleaved in half, back in the day it featured sauce, these days they only fill it with topping and cheese and serve it with sauce on the side.

Jet's has the most flavorful sauce of any pizza, and their dough is made fresh every day. Cheese is decent quality and extra melty and stretchy because it's shredded in store and bought by the block, not pre shredded bags like many places.
