Luckily the schools I were in never had disgraceful food or anything that was noteworthy bad. They had this awesome chicken curry though... Which wasn't much of a curry because no spice but all the elements of one. I miss it.

I'm so tired of plain chicken with rice. Are there any easy to make sauces that go well with chicken?

What are some ways to make chicken that aren't so fucking bland? Something that goes with rice, preferably, though I'm open to anything else as well?

Pic is one example

Hey, /ck/. I have some chicken, and I'm really tired of just cooking it up so blandly with regular spices, and eating it with white rice.

I was really considering making a curry of some sort, but I'm not a very good chef (hence the basic cooking otherwise), and I've no idea where to start.

Anyone know of any pretty basic, or easy to make curry recipes? I'll be making rice as well, of course. I don't really know the difference between an indian, japanese, or any other curries so feel free to toss any ideas, or knowledge out to me. Anything's appreciated
