It's hard for me to pick a favorite because enough booze to make the recipes in my books is expensive and so is randomly ordering stuff at bars without knowing how good it'll be. I've recently tried a dark and stormy that was pretty good if you can find ginger beer but my go-to is a gibson because i love onions. Once again slightly unlikely to find a place that has the pearl onions but always worth a shot.
