-Four servings of prunes.
-A can of kidney beans and a can of pinto beans
-Two cans of chunky tuna (make sure to include the juice for extra flavor)
-One cup mayonnaise
-One can of corn
-Half cup of peas
-Finely chopped garlic
-Sweet onion, fried in margarine
-Slices of hotdog
-Half a can of spam
-Two cups finely chopped carrots
-Six servings Great Value tator tots
-One cup baby spinach
-Five diced dill pickles
-Half a bag of Jack Link's beef jerky, diced or minced

Mix it all together and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown.
