so I've had an open jar of storebought pesto in my fridge for at least two months probably and the packaging claims it should be eaten withing three days
I tasted a bit of it tho and it tastes fine - should I eat it or throw out?

I've got it 3 times this year already, one of them was because i was dumb and forgot a jar of mayo out of the fridge, the other 2 i have no idea how i got them

No, i'm usually very aware of these things and try to avoid anything that tastes/smells expired, but it just happened because bad luck

1 day, then if you don't go to the hospital you can get from 3 days to a full week feeling bad

I don't live in India tho, but live in another shitty third world country and i'm always buying street food
