My boyfriend had some ground beef thawing in the fridge for a couple days (fine), then he decided to make a sauce with it, so he basically cooked the ground beef with oil, a beef cube, salt and pepper and decided to proceed with the tomato part the next day. Problem is, he left it inside the pot on the stove. When I challenged about this, he told me our temperature is cool enough + the salt and pepper act as a deterrent against microbes.

The next day he added onions, tomato, some tomato sauce and stuff like that, boiled it and again left it on top of the stove because he was out of green onions, which he wanted to add and was going to buy the next day.

He still hasn't finished this stuff and it's sitting on the stove for about 2 days without refrigeration.

Is it dangerous or safe?

People still don't get that longevity is 90% genetics and you can't change that...
