Now that it's September I am going to begin preparing for the food holiday. Normally my family hosts anywhere from 25-40 people for thanksgiving as the various odds and ends of my family tree pour in. I normally, a month or two in advance, do a practice run of thanksgiving to make sure I actually like all the new/changed recipes.

So what I'm asking is, what are some good unusual but traditional feeling thanksgiving recipes I can add to the repertoire.
