Pic related is the best one I've ever used. Got it as a gift, desu I tend to just use the knife side to smash than just mince it anyway when I use a few cloves.. But when i remember I have this, I use it. Mostly with several cloves.


but I roast whole garlic to puree with a bit of oil, than vacuum seal it into individual pouches for various recipes/for roasted garlic flavor.
