I own one just for "frying food", my oven doesn't have a convection setting so I just got one for Christmas from my brother. I can't eat a lot of fat due to some medical issues, so I just use it as a replacement.
I still think it's a gimmicky piece of shit though,I usually just leave it in the cupboard or garage.

Not really. Some of the only good foods are Yoshoku cuisine. It's not bad, but it's severely overrated, like a 5/10.

Some services are good. But they usually aren't from supermarkets.
Imperfect foods was good for me. I got some asparagus there and it was really fresh and nice. Also, fucking 8 oz of smoked salmon for 3 bucks.
I do delivery because I tested postive for corona and got fucked by it, also I'm too busy to go to the store and spend about 1-2 hours shopping for some decent produce.
