I'll say this, their syrup is pretty good. I mostly use it to sweeten my oatmeal.

I dunno about their other products but this stuff is pretty good. I use it whenever I make pancakes since the fewer calories I get from syrup the more pancakes or other foods I can eat.

I like Walden Farms because it tastes good and has zero calories. Good in oatmeal too.
