>clean the house top to bottom
>get all laundry and chores done
>friday evening come home to a clean and stocked house
>pull the curtains shut
>turn off ringer on phone, ignore text messages, turn down any requests to hang out or meet up
>connect phone to speakers
>turn on some ambient tunes or an interesting podcast
>turn volume loud as fuck so you can hear it through the whole house
>stand in the kitchen in your undies while cooking yourself a meal fit for a king
>steak, baked potato with the fixins, slice of cheese cake
>have some cold beers while you wait
>sit down and eat your dinner
>clean kitchen, do dishes
>take a hot shower with some cold beer
>lay down on the couch
>rent a movie or play vidja
>doze off
>wake up
>make yourself a delicious breakfast
>make love to yourself (dildo, fleshlight, hand, whatever)
>take a hot shower
>work on hobbies until lunch -- vidja, programming, reading, whatever
>heat something up, nothing too messy
>go back to your hobbies
>start working on a buzz around 4:00 PM
>get back in that kitchen and finish them tunez and podcasts
>whip up something good like a huge bowl of nachos
>hot shower, vidja, movies, more alcohol, back to bed
>wake up sunday
>spend most of the day resting in anticipation of the work week
>have another good wank
>eat some leftovers from last night
>hot shower
>bed
>conclusion to an amazing weekend of energizing to be around people again
