heat the fuck out of your pan
add oil
add mushies - chopped a little if they are bigger than the end of your thumb
don't move them around too much but make sure they colour somewhat evenly
when there is a fair bit of colour on them put a little butter and chopped parsley and tarragon in the pan, and bastey bastey. take off the heat and let them absorb all the buttery herbal goodness
