aww shit nigga chipped beef on toast. reminds me of growing up poor in the middle of iowa. this shit is right up there with beanies and weenies and mac&cheese with tuna.

For me its making a meal myself from scratch. This time I made veal sinatra. I sautéed milk-fed veal (from my local butcher), grilled shrimp, finely chopped oven roasted tomatoes, cremini muschrooms and portabella mushrooms, a brandy cream sauce with mushroom and cheese stuffed ravioli.

haven't had bbq in a long time due to a pretty strict diet so it was fucking amazing
