He's actually too much Iron Chef. The problem is that this is a home cooking challenge. Nobody here is going to make a tea smoked geoduck ceviche in a fucking ice sculpture with a shooter chute that hot oolong beef broth is going to be pour down upon serving with a fucking slow smoked persimmon slaw wrapped in ti leaves with pork and butter fish.

I don't hate the idea of deconstructed food in and of itself, because when I go to a nice restaurant I always try a little of each ingredient on it's own before trying the composed dish anyway. What I hate is the misuse of the term, "deconstructed". I majored in philosophy at a school that was heavily analytic and even your food hall offered "deconstructed" shit (this was the early 2000's), so I obviously took enough lit theory courses to get an English major if I wanted to. THIS IS NOT WHAT DECONSTRUCTION MEANS.

Why does everyone from the fast boards always resort to this? Nobody is triggered or seething, and you're not trolling anyone. It's just boring, and mundane, and just annoying how it's posted every day as though you're the only one who read the /fit/ sticky and somehow come to the food and cooking board thinking you're in good company, not only gloating over your bland gruel (you obviously never cooked before), but even going through the effort to label everything as though it wasn't painfully obvious that you're just another /fit/ drone, and will likely come back in a week or two begging us how to make boneless skinless chicken breast not so bland and boring. Once or twice a week we have threads about what to eat after having your wisdom teeth out, what to eat as a poor college student, how to make cup noodles better, etc., but some /fit/fatty comes here every single fucking day asking about this bro-science shit they bought into. It's just annoying. And no, /ck/ will never have a sticky. And yes, /fit/ is objectively more obese and unhealthy than /ck/.
