1. I just got some cash and am looking into buying some new appliances. I'm thinking of getting a blender or food processor, which ones are good? Also are induction plates any good or should I just stick to using my electric stove?

2. I got a cast iron skillet but I haven't really used it outside of cooking like a few steaks. What are some good dishes to use for a cast iron skillet so I can get some more use out of this thing?

So I have a very minimal appetite, but I need more protein in my life. Could you guys help me find easy to eat "filler foods" to snack on/throw in with meals that have a large protein content? I don't like nuts by the way.

Hey /ck/, I wanna start eating healthier and more regularly (figure I'd have more energy if I ate more than 1-2 times a day), but I don't have a ton of money (like I'm looking at around $25-$35 I can spend on food for a week). Any suggestions for doing a healthy diet on the cheap? I already go for generic food and have some assistance from family but not a whole lot.

Hey there /ck/. I'm sure you get questions like this a lot, but pretty soon I'm gonna be living in an apartment, without any parents or a dorm meal plan to provide food for me. So, I'm gonna need to learn to cook. At the very least, I'd like to not have to depend on instant meals or eating out all the time.

Can you recommend me some simple dishes I can learn to prepare, or maybe some good online resources I can bookmark? Any advice about feeding oneself would be helpful, actually.
