it seems when they attach a brand to it, it becomes crappy. like dominoes, pizza hut etc the quality of pizza isnt any good. pf changs and panda express are jokes of their own with crappy flavoring. I've had local chinese joints where they make the staple pork fried rice, general tso and boneless spare ribs or lo mein that blow those fastfood chains out of the water.

also, what do you mean by salamander for the boneless spare ribs?
