Had some leftover tikka masala stye basic chicken and rice, so decided to get wild for breakfast and put it in a tortilla with kraft singles american cheese, cumin, cilantro, green jalapeno tobasco, and chunky salsa. Rolled them hoes up and pan fried em, although in retrospect they may have held their shape better if I used the airfryer. Dunked em in some honey bbq flavor hidden valley ranch mixed with a bit of lime juice.
