Australian, honestly most of our known food is bastardised from UK or a meat pie.

I have Scottish background and grew up eating lots of black pudding, lamb's fry and steak and kidney pie which are all fucking great.

Best example of good Aussie food is anything to do with fresh seafood, oysters primarily. Love them Kilpatrick, which is a good starter for squeamish people.
